We receive a very high number of requests throughout the year. We do not have a Human Resources department, which means we are unfortunately unable to respond individually to these enquiries.
Please do not email us asking for an internship or a job.
Internship applications are accepted only through the official application process described below and only during the designated application period. If you are an experienced professional with several years of experience, we recommend coming directly to the studio and leaving your portfolio to us.
NEW INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS 2026/2027

Are you an aspiring set designer, prop maker, set builder, decorator or set producer, and would you like to join our team?
Once a year, we open applications for a limited number of passionate apprentices who want to learn, work with their hands, and become part of our way of making.
For the 2026/2027 season, we are looking for:
2 apprentices for Fall/Winter
2 apprentices for Spring/Summer
APPLICATION DATES
11th and 12th September 2026
Applications will be open for two days only (opening at Milan time)
These will be the only two days in which applications can be submitted for an apprenticeship during the entire 2026/2027 season. Applications submitted after these dates will not be considered.
THE SELECTION PROCESS
On 11th and 12th september you will be able to send your application

From all applications received, we will select 10 candidates for the next stage.
The selection process will include:
- an interview
- a practical test
- a final conversation
At the end of the selection process, 4 people will be selected to join the studio.
THE APPRENTICESHIP
The apprenticeship has a minimum duration of three months.
After the apprenticeship period, there is the possibility of joining the studio professionally, depending on both the candidate's wishes and whether their profile is a good fit for our team and our way of working.
We are looking for people who are genuinely curious, passionate and willing to learn , not simply people looking for a line on their CV.
WHAT WE BELIEVE IN
Our studio is deeply rooted in ecology, sustainability and reuse.
This means that our way of working can be slower, more demanding and more labour-intensive than conventional construction studios. We deliberately limit the use of non-recyclable materials, reuse what already exists, and whenever possible start from simple solutions rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
We believe in authenticity over excess, making over consuming, and passion over trends
For us, sustainability is not a label or a marketing strategy. It is something that has to be reflected in the everyday choices we make, in what we build, how we source materials, how we eat, and how we use energy.
We are strongly opposed to greenwashing and prefer concrete actions to easy statements.
Since 2025, our studio has eliminated the use of fossil fuels and operates exclusively on clean energy from verified sources. We are currently working towards greater energy autonomy.
Our relationship with food is part of the same philosophy. We try to minimise our consumption of animal products. We do not impose a specific diet on anyone, but we believe that caring for the environment should extend beyond the workshop and into our everyday lives.
We love nature and animals, and we care deeply about the resources and materials that surround us.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Over the years, many different people have passed through our studio, each bringing their own perspective, skills and way of seeing the world. We do not discriminate and believe that a good working environment is built on respect, openness, curiosity and equal opportunity.
